We are currently seeking dependable leaders to join our team, with immediate positions available for experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Manager.
Your job as a Landscape Construction Crew Manager will be to coach, train and lead a crew of 2-3, be responsible for residential, HOA & Commercial property landscape maintenance, as well as setting goals for you team, creating a daily/weekly game plans, and interacting with customers to ensure job quality and satisfaction.
We are looking for applicants who are experienced in:
● Following safety and maintenance procedures
● Maintaining clean job sites
● Completing paperwork and information pertaining to job
● Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction
We prefer applicants who:
● Have management experience leading teams of 2-5 people
● Have a minimum of 1-3 years of landscape experience
● Have experience installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation, pavers, sod, plants, etc
● Have knowledge and experience trimming shrubs, trees, plant identification and cleaning up beds.
● Can maintain a steady work schedule
● Can operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
● Are comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
● Can lift 50-60 pounds, or more
● Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
● Take pride in their work and have a high attention to detail
● Are open to the possibility of future promotion
● Can drive (and back up) a truck & trailer
Wages:
$37,440/yr-$45,760/yr to start. Skill & experience considered.
